International shipping charges: We will ship our HairZings to wherever there are amazing women who want to put their hair up- please proceed to checkout for International shipping charges.

Our Shipping Promise

We want you to be be wearing your HairZing and saving the planet (or maybe ordering take-out) as quickly as possible. We make every effort to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 5-7 business days after it ships from our warehouse.

If an item in your order is back-ordered, we will ship it as soon as we have it in-stock - with no additional shipping charges, of course...

Simply return within 90 days of purchase to the address below and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We're always looking to improve, and appreciate all feedback you have about your HairZing.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Funds are applied back to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds include product cost and applicable taxes.

Who pays for shipping?

New Orders: At check out, you choose whether you would like your order shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated based on your preferred carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:
You have a full 90 days to wear your HairZing and return it for ANY reason during that time… we will gladly refund your money if you are not satisfied. See our guarantee for more information.

Honest Mistakes:
However, if we made a mistake of any kind, or if your product breaks within the first 30 days of wearing it, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling 1-888-402-4247 or via e-mail at Not only will we reimburse you for the original shipping fee, you also won't be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement merchandise.
