Complete satisfaction or your money back
To claim our guarantee for any reason, or for no reason at all, if you're unsatisfied with your HairZing, you can return it to us within 90 days of purchase. We will happily give you a full refund or exchange your HairZing.

Details and Special Conditions
To help protect our customers and make sure every exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Items that were not purchased directly from HairZing.com (such as items purchased at online knockoff sellers)
- On very rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions with us
We’re happy to accept returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, on genuine HairZing products sold at HairZing.com. Please note that you will not be able to return any items clearly marked “final sale” at the time of purchase. HairZing has the right to deny credit if any of the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
HairZing will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item from us, etc.).

How long will my refund take?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How do I start my return?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How long will it take for my refund to be received?
Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed right away. Our refund to your original payment will show up within 2 business days after we receive your product.
