To claim our guarantee for any reason, or for no reason at all, if you're unsatisfied with your HairZing, you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase. We will happily give you a full refund or exchange your HairZing.

Details and Special Conditions
To help protect our customers and make sure every exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Items that were not purchased directly from HairZing.com (such as items purchased at online knockoff sellers)
- On very rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions with us
We’re happy to accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, on genuine HairZing products sold at HairZing.com. Please note that you will not be able to return any items clearly marked “final sale” at the time of purchase. HairZing has the right to deny credit if any of the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
HairZing will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item from us, etc.).
